Jay Werner

Electrical Manager

Since 1999, Jay has managed Abossein projects ranging from major hotel chains, marinas, restaurants, assisted living facilities, office buildings, condominiums and apartments, to Navy dry-docks, Navy pier lighting systems, and retail buildings. He has completed a number of fire alarm design projects and assisted in QC and FPE duties as required by the RFP’s for projects at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bangor and Whidbey Island Naval Air Station. Jay was also involved in design and installation of power substations at PSNS. He acted as electrical plan review person for the City of Bellevue under a subcontract agreement. Reviewed plans submitted by electrical contractors and engineers for NEC, NREC, NFPA, and ADA code compliance.
