Over the years, Abossein Engineering has had the pleasure of working with James Palda and Don Larsen, President and Vice President of Steadfast Commercial Properties, a division of Steadfast Companies. Founded in 1994, Steadfast Companies is an international firm with deep real estate operating, investment and management experience. Our relationship with Palda and Larsen is one based on integrity, compatible working values, a unified vision of excellence, mutual respect and dedication to innovation in building and design.

We collaborated with Steadfast Companies on six Everett Mall Burlington projects which included Ulta, Party City, Burlington Coat Factory, Rue 21, Pearle Vision and Payless. In addition, our team worked on three Federal Way Mall projects which included Kohl’s, Lane Bryant and Katherine’s.
